She has one of the most enviable bikini bodies in the world.
But Jennifer Aniston admits she regularly indulges in one of the biggest diet no-nos: pasta.
In the February 2015 issue of InStyle,
the 45-year-old actress - who looks to be up for an Oscar nomination
with her turn in the drama Cake - revealed she doesn't mind going up a
size so she can enjoy the Italian dish now and then.
She likes her Rigatoni: Jennifer Aniston told the February 2015 issue of InStyle that she indulges in pasta now and then, which just means she has to work out harder to 'lose those last few pounds'
'Blasphemy, I know,' the fiance of Justin Theroux joked. 'I never ate pasta. I’ve been allowing myself a lot more in the past few years. Which does make it harder to lose those last few pounds.
'But you have to live. And so what? You go up a size. What’s the big deal?'
The big deal is that Aniston has made a living off having a super fit figure.
Not only has her shape helped land her roles in such comedies as Horrible Bosses (her sex addict character showed off her curves in lingerie) and We're The Millers (she played a stripper and even did a strip tease in one scene). But it also has secured her as the spokesperson for SmartWater.

Constant exercise - she likes to jog and do yoga - to keep her curves have made her relatable, however.
In the monthly fashion magazine the beauty also talked about meeting Theroux through mutual friend Robert Downey Jr.
The Friends star said she felt bad for the Wanderlust actor because he was so heavily dressed.
'He was wearing black jeans, combat boots, glasses, and a fedora,' she said.
They met through Robert Downey Jr.: The Emmy winner, pictured with Justin Theroux in November, said she liked him right away: 'I just thought, "What a lovely guy." He was funny. But he was actually really quiet'
'I just thought, "What a lovely guy." He was funny. But he was actually really quiet.'
Turns out he had been working too much. 'I later came to find out that he was just exhausted because he had been writing nonstop, like a little hamster on a wheel,' the Along Came Polly star said.
'This was his one night off, and he had no personality, but he was very sweet and very overdressed. I was like, "You must be really 'shvitzing' up a storm in those jeans and combat boots."'
The ex-wife of Brad Pitt also said Justin is the perfect man for her
'If I haven't gotten wiser about relationships, then I should be kicked out of life school because I've had some really good training,' she joked.
A wedding will happen: The Friends beauty also admitted that they plan to tie the knot without all the noise; here they are pictured in NYC in November
The cover girl also said that she and Justin - who she has been with since 2012 - are talking wedding plans.
'There's a big discussion in our house right now: Do you just do it and say screw it? Or do you try desperately to get away with [a secret ceremony] where you don't have any fun because you're hiding in a cave somewhere?' Aniston said.
'If we could do it without all the buzzing and the noise...It can be done. Where there's a will there's a way,' Jennifer added.
The February issue of InStyle is available on newsstands and for digital download January 9.
