She's been masterminding her return to the charts with her long-delayed third album, which is now planned for 2015.

Alexandra Burke had every reason to celebrate new beginnings as the
clock struck midnight, and was fortunate enough to enjoy both a meal out
in London and a gig at G-A-Y on Wednesday evening.
The
2008 X Factor winner got dolled up in a plunging white dress with
cut-out side panels to dine out at STK Restaurant with a large crowd of
family and friends, including her mum Melissa.
Sparkling sensation: She later changed into a glittering black bodysuit for her nearby G-A-Y performance
Alexandra looked seriously glamorous in her fitted number, which she set off with a stylish grey coat, strappy sandals and delicate jewellery.
The Bad Boys singer wore her locks in a smooth bob and opted for a statement ruby red lipstick.
She looked in great spirits as she left the venue, joking around with a pair of sparkly 2015 sunglasses.

Alexandra headed straight over to G-A-Y where she was headlining alongside Katy B.
The 26-year-old star looked thrilled to be back doing what she does best and worked the crowd like a pro as she warbled along to her best hits.
The singing competition veteran dazzled in a sequinned bodysuit with lace detailing on the hips.

Alexandra parted ways with her management KWL in October around the same time that her West End stint in The Bodyguard came to an end.
She wrote in a heartfelt statement at the time: 'To not beat around the bush, the last couple of years have been really challenging, professionally & personally.

'There have been some targets and dreams that I wished I could have accomplished but due to various factors, (some beyond my control and some that I need to learn from), they have not been achieved.
'It has not been ideal to say the least, but I am always trying to be the best that I can be.'
'Despite these challenges, I've turned the corner when I rediscovered my happiness in The Bodyguard,' she added.
